The house of 50 sqm. is suitable especially for families who want to enjoy the sun and the sea, in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The house is surrounded by greenery and is located in part on a promontory, where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea, everything is built with Sardinian stone in full respect of nature.
The house consists of a large living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (double bed, bunk bed), sofa bed, bathroom with shower, satellite TV, radio, washing machine private parking space. The house is fully equipped. Inside there is everything you need for the beach (beach umbrella, beach chairs, masks, beach towels for all) baby equipment (high chair, cot, stroller), bath towels, sheets, necessaries for the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, shaving gel, toothpaste, hair dryer).
The house is ideal for a relaxing holiday, sea and sun. The Genn’e Mari beach is just 5 minutes walk away, is of fine white sand and crystal clear sea, ideal for families with small children.

A.: The Blu Holiday Villas are easily accessible from the airport or port by car, bus or transfer.
Q.: Is there a Parking free for guests?
A.:For those who wish to arrive by car, all the Blu Holiday’s Villas have on-site free parking.
Q.: It is recommended to rent a car?
A.: If you are looking for an easy way to discover the beaches or the city, you need to rent a car.
Q.: Bed an bath linens are included?
A.: Bed and bath linens are included in the price of the rent.
Q.: Baby gear are included?
A.: Baby gear( Crib, stroller, hight chair) is available on request for free.
Q.: Is there a Transfer service?
A.: Transfer service is available on request by paying a supplement to and from airport or other place you wish. Must be scheduled in advance.
Q.: What time is check-in/check-out and there are options available for early check-in and check-out?
A.: Check-in time is from 3 pm, and Check-out time is 11am, You can request early check-in or late check-out during booking based on availability. Guests who check in or check out before or after the designated times will not be charged any additional fees.
Q.: Is there a washing machine available?
A.: Each Villa have his own washing machine
Q.: I Would like to do a surprise like: flowers, chocolates, wine/champagne, birthday cake. How do I do this?
A.: Just “Let us know what you need” when you book your holiday, will be a pleasure to do it.
